GED Boot Camp - NIC Adult Education

Program Overview

The NIC GED Bootcamp is a fast-paced, hands-on program that:

  • Focuses on GED® test preparation across all four subjects (Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reasoning Through Language Arts)

  • Integrates career readiness training, digital skills, and essential soft skills 

  • Provides opportunities to connect with NIC staff, resources, and campus before enrolling as a student

  • Is offered in partnership with the X-Lab for enhanced support and resources

 

 

 

Who It’s For

  • Individuals 16+ who want to earn their GED, transition to college, or improve skills for employment 

  • U.S. citizens, nationals, lawful permanent residents, and non-citizens with documented lawful immigration status

Labor Day Concert

Longest Table Community Potluck - Coeur d'Alene

Silver Valley Cares Mental Health Fair

This event is open to anyone interested in learning more about mental health and wellness, connecting with resources, and having a great day with family, friends, and members of the community!
 
This event will feature exhibitors that will offer information about local mental health resources and services along with a variety of other resources available in our community.

-Games: visit a variety of family friendly games and activities
-Tasty Treats: Cotton candy, snowcones, and fresh kettle corn!
- Free Food and Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary cheeseburgers, hotdogs, snacks, and beverages courtesy of Watson’s Market.
-Live Music: enjoy live music throughout the day with local musicians, Johnny McGee and the Key.
-Free back to school haircuts courtesy of Lesley Rencher and her team of volunteers.
