Join us on Saturday, April 25 for the annual Spring Dash, a powerful celebration of community and support for North Idaho’s ALICE population — those who are Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed.
A longtime favorite, the Spring Dash marks the start of running season in the Inland Northwest with a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere.
Race Day Details
Participants of all ages and experience levels are invited to take part in a variety of race options:
- Half Marathon
- 10K (Bloomsday second-seed qualifier)
- 5K
- Tot Trot (for children ages 12 and under)
All races begin and end at McEuen Park, offering scenic views of Lake Coeur d’Alene along the course.

This year, UWNI is proud to partner with Negative Split, which is generously covering the cost of the first 100 Tot Trot entries for children in ALICE families receiving childcare scholarships.
