Community Impact & Grants Manager
As our Community Impact and Grants Manager, Hailey leads the advancement of UWNI’s philanthropic strategy across North Idaho by driving high-impact grantmaking, strengthening community partnerships, and amplifying our measurable outcomes through compelling, multimedia storytelling.Hailey joined United Way of North Idaho in March 2026 from the Coeur d'Alene Press, where her role as a reporter had her out in the community almost daily for nearly two years.A native to California's Central Coast, Hailey graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2023 with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy before making the move to Coeur d'Alene in 2024. She has fallen in love with the Inland Northwest and all it has to offer, particularly hiking, fly fishing, and the natural beauty of each season.
